Wedding Suits for 2020
We are now over half way through 2019 and it has been an incredible wedding season in our new shop in Upminster, Essex. We are very fortunate to have been welcomed by the local community. We have also continued to offer our world class Wedding Suit service. Hiring, selling and making the finest wedding suits for the most discerning of customers. 2019 has been extraordinary so far. Our Hire Department is now Fully Booked until the 12th of September and I have no doubt the remaining dates in September will be Fully Booked very soon. Our Made-to-Measure department has ben inundated with new customers, with a large percentage of our Grooms now choosing to have a Made-to-Measure suit whilst hiring for the remaining members of the party. This unique approach has become Jack Bunneys trademark over recent years. We are a tailors who also offer an exclusive suit-hire service. (rather than a hire shop that also sells suits).
Our most popular designs throughout the wedding season of 2019 were no surprise. We predicted that our new designs would be the ‘must-have’ wedding suit trends in 2019 and we were correct.
There has been a rather pleasant shift towards the ‘black-tie’ wedding. Our new dinner suit hire suit, The Monaco, has been exceptionally popular. We have also sold a large percentage of evening wear, everything from velvet tuxedos, white dinner jackets to coloured dinner suits.
The other stand-out favourite for 2019 has been the wonderful Bold Check waistcoats. These large check, double breasted waistcoats have been a huge hit throughout 2019. With the groom wearing a stylish stand alone, unique piece and the rest of the party complimenting his unusual style.
It has also been another year of growth in traditional wedding attire. More classic morning suits are being used once again. Simple and elegant, these slim fitting suits are the most traditional outfit for the classic English wedding style.
Jack Bunneys have become known for constant innovation in wedding suit design. Always evolving our collection to reflect current wedding suit trends. We also have a definite idea of our own style and brand. We want each Jack Bunney suit to not only reflect the current trends for wedding suit attire but to also be a representation of our traditional tailoring heritage.
That is why Jack Bunneys are looking to innovate for 2020. We are hoping to once again influence the wedding suit market with our stand out ideas.
In 2020 there will be a host of new designs and a different direction for our Hire Department.
We are working closely with a select group of English Mills to design new and exciting fabrics (exclusive to Jack Bunneys). Whilst also innovating new designs and patterns of wedding suit.
We are very close to bringing you a whole new collection of wedding attire available to hire for 2020.
As yet these designs are a closely guarded secret. But we will be hoping to share information on these before the end of 2019.
I can confirm that we will be discontinuing some of our most popular designs to make room for these new ranges. The York, in chocolate brown. The Oxford, in chocolate brown and The Worcester, in black will all be unavailable for hire in 2020.
2020 is going to be an exciting year for wedding suit fashion and Jack Bunneys will be leading the way once again,
