We are open! Information in regards to keeping you safe in store.

We are finally open !   As of the 15th of June 2020, Jack Bunneys have now re-opened our doors to the general public.  We are now available in store six days a week to answer your telephone calls and emails.  We are also available for appointments.

I just wanted to give you all an update as to what measures we have taken in the shop, to keep every person safe.

• We are now taking two different types of appointment;

a) Fittings – these are for those that have either have hire suits booked with us, or they are having a suit made. A fitting appointment is for ONE person at a time and should take no longer than 30 minutes. 

b) Enquiry – these are for new customers only.  Each enquiry appointment can be attended by two people. With only one of those two people trying-on our suits.  An enquiry appointment should take no longer than 60 minutes. 

• We request that every person who attends an appointment should sanitise their hands on entry, and if necessary throughout the appointment.  We have 3 hand sinister stations available.
• We request that every person who is intending to try-on clothing should supply their own shirts, socks and shoes.
• We request that every person attending our shop be respectful of social distancing.  We request that you maintain the 2 metre requirements.
• When a member of staff attends a fitting, or is required to measure you, they may have to come closer than the 2 metre requirement.  A member of staff will sanitise their hands and wear a face mask whilst taking the measurements.  A member of staff will give you the option to decline to be measured.
• Gloves are available on request if you feel these are necessary.
• After each customer has removed their trying-on clothing, we will steam clean every garment and leave to stand before returning the garments back to stock.
• After each use, the changing rooms will be sterilised.
• Our hire suits are dry cleaned and thoroughly steamed several times between each wear.
• We respectfully request that any members of the public who feel they are in a high-risk group, should not attend the shop in person but rather communicate via email or telephone.
• Please be aware that due to these changes, there are less appointments available than usual.
• We are only taking appointments until the end of July.  We are hoping that we can lift some restrictions in August and create more appointment times.
